Hey have been suffering from clusters for a little over nine years. Hate trying to explain what CH are and how painful. I remember a year or two ago there was a letter for employer, family, or friend. Any one know how I can get a copy or where to find one? Let me know and good luck to all.

Wouldn't be to hard to find. Its pinned up top the "Getting to Know Ya" board.
