in my head.
I am so sick of this 13 weeks. passed from Dr. to dr. let try this lets do this. Nothing makes this thing in my head go away! Caffine doesnot help. Dh makes me feel guilty because I feel like crap. then I try and make a nice dinner and he sits there picking at it and acts likes it the worse meal ever.

I think many of us can relate to that. Seems lile when you are in your darkest hour, sometimes things just get worse. No limit to the amount of punishment we can take and just bounce back.

Prayers and hugs hoping you find some relief soon.

13 weeks is awhile.. how long are your cycles usually? I'm only 2 weeks into my cycle and am already fed up.. I'm resorting to trying mushrooms tomorrow, I will let you know how it goes, I've heard good things..

but for me it would be deadly. I am very allergic to them. But if it give you comfort good for you!

Well I have what’s called SUNCT not CH but it is very similar and am now in my uh lets 6 month just about to head into my 7th. So to say I know how you feel would be an understatement. This is my second time and it lasted n9 months the last time and has driven me almost out of my mind on many a=occasions. You have to just keep taking it day by day and just get through it, I know that is easy to say and hard to think about when you are in such pain. Been there done that as we all have.

I think partial holes will do just as well as whole holes ;)

I have a DeWalt power drill with a ¼ chuck and I am not afraid to use it!
OK well maybe a little.
