Title: Keeping Fingers Crossed
Post by I Cant Dance on Jun 8th, 2006, 9:31am
Well, I am hopeful that my cycle is finally coming to an end!  It is strange, that I was tapering off verapamil to try lyrica, and my cycle started changing.  I went to less hits and just shadows, and yesterday I had only two kip 2 or 3 type hits!  First day in over three months I did not have at least a kip 7!

I am med free at the moment also...go figure.  I have been trying sooooo many meds, and the cycle coincidentally decides to end when I am off them all.

It is relief at last, but I am still getting shadows and feel like the beast is still lurking.  Mentally, this is harder than I thought it would be.  After dealing with such a long cycle (for me),  It is hard to relax and difficult to not get fearful and dread the usual times.  I can't let my guard down.  How long before the next cycle....this is such a weird time and feeling.

Thanks to all who have supported me.

I hope this is the end of the cycle.  You don't have to go  away, though.  You have a lot to offer, here.
