You guys are great, I was surfing the web deceided to try some over the counter remedies. I started Melatonin this is wonderful, I dare not tell you about PF nights because I,m afraid I will jinx myself. But I also tried the Seratonin (5HTP something). I also take lithium, WOW I became the bitch from HELL My employees ran from me , my daughter cried when I came home and my husband left when I got home. I had hot flashes so bad I thought I was going to burn.Then I came back to ch.com went to the medicine and found out about seratonin syndrome. This is the most helpful adn caring website. You all are great people thank you again CD.

Yes. HE reads these boards, and when he realizes how many PFDANs he's let us have, he hits us hard.

Congrats on finding stuff that works for you! I'm a firm believer in the benefits of melatonin. I use that and O2 as my weapons against HIM.
