Title: Re: Someone left their.... Post by MJ on May 16th, 2006, 12:39pm I sure hope that person claims them EE. Does anyone know the legalities involved with setting up a drug bank with issues like this (lost or unclaimed), and in cases where someone may no longer need the meds. Obviously certain meds should have prescriptions etc. Could a med bank be run outside a pharmacy? For those who can not or no longer afford the meds, perhaps no insurance.. Could a pharmacist, MD. or lay person administer this as a charity? In my med cabinet alone are several unfortunately old meds worth hundreds of $. I am sure they are too old to donate but would have gladly shared them years ago. Or is it too dangerous to consider? |

Title: Re: Someone left their.... Post by Linda_Howell on May 16th, 2006, 1:20pm MJ, I do not know the legalities of what you're asking, but the way EE just did it is the way it has worked so far, and as far as I know no one here has needed bail. There is also a LOT of PM's that go on. ;) This group of brain-damaged people have this propensity for forgetting things at peoples houses. Linda |
