This round of ch's has been very different than any of my other cycles in the last 26 years. I was wondering if anyone suffers with sore eyes while in cycle. Sore like when you move your eyeballs around, they hurt on the top in the back, not the actual eyeball itself. (sorry having a hard time explaining this one LOL)

This only usually happens to me when I have a high fever, but BOTH eyes seem to be sore this cycle.

Just my CH eye is sore, but it is hard to describe. I also get shooting pains in it, like someone just cut it with a knife or stabbed it (few seconds). Usually when I blink. I'm chronic and this happens periodically, but seems worse this "high" cycle.

Yep, year 24 for me and I have had the same problem for the last few. Actually, the pain of the CH has changed too from year to year.

Steve,

Anything that you know of that helps with the sore eyes? It doesn't seem to be getting any better - not with heat or with cold compresses.

Mia, sorry, but no. Never had any luck with anything except accupuncture.
Lucily, the sore eyes for me dosen't come with every cycle.

Thanks Steve....I think I'm giving up trying to figure this out and just let it take it course. It drives me nuts! >:(

Today - no sore eyes....tomorrow??? we have no clue. LOL LOL Wish this beast would run out in the middle of the Atlanta traffic! :)

My eye is always sore I usually have my headaches in my right eye the most I don't no if it is sore from me squezzing and pushing on it or just from the pain alone

I close my eyes and push on the one that hurts so that when I open my eyes It does seem to feel a little better.

Ditto, sometimes I worry I'll pull my hand away and it will be covered with eye-ball jelly.
