My FIL used to suffer from CH years ago and his doc perscribed nasalcort. He says it worked wonders. He also mentioned that changing his diet around and exercising helped ...( [smiley=huh.gif]
Has anyone here tried this ?? results??

My husband uses it with limited success on his sinus ha. I can't imagine using it for ch and having any luck with it. Some people have reported exercise helps abort ch. Not many tho.

I take Flonase pretty much year round for allergies and sinus problems - I think it's pretty similar.

Sure never did anything for my clusters though.
