Title: Do you breathe better than ever during shadows? Post by Des on Nov 27th, 2007, 9:40am My nose doesn't clog or run during shadows, however, the nostril on the side of the headache clears and I can breathe better than ever. Anyone else have this? |

Title: Re: Do you breathe better than ever during shadows Post by Guiseppi on Nov 27th, 2007, 10:22am No, when I get what I call "shadows" I get all of the symptoms, clogged, runny nose, droopy red eye, just not the searing poker. Guiseppi |

Title: Re: Do you breathe better than ever during shadows Post by George_J on Nov 27th, 2007, 10:28am No, but I'm guessing that it's an individual difference. Our sinuses are all kind of crammed together in weird ways, since we don't have a snout, nor do we hold our heads horizontally like proper mammals. We're kind of like pug dogs would be if pug dogs walked around on their hind legs, and you know how they sniffle and snort. So when some of us get the blood vessels swelling in our heads, it squeezes things together in that crammed-together space, and we get clogged and runny. Maybe when your blood vessels swell, it pushes all the equipment AWAY from the nasal passage, and you can breathe more easily. Just speculation. If someone wants to dispute this thought, feel free. I'm not married to it. We're not even dating. Best, George |
