Title: Re: Cluster Headaches Post by LeLimey on May 22nd, 2007, 1:30pm Hi Liam Have you had a neuro diagnosis hon? I ask as with over 600 headache types many symptoms do overlap and treatment for one condition can kill you if taken for another. What meds if any have you been prescribed and have you ever had episodes like this before? I know I seem dead nosey but in order to give you the best help possible there are some things we should ask. By the way, is Northampton in NI or RoI? Once again I ask as advice will be different for each side of the border. Hang in there, we'll do all we can to help Helen (half Irish with family in Galway!) |

Title: Follow Up and thanks Post by Liam on May 23rd, 2007, 5:20pm Hi guys, no attack for 2 days and as i have had 5 attacks in 6 weeks and am sitting here thinging when the next one is gona come and dreading the fear of pain i will go through. Reading all your positive comments is helping me so much, and i am getting a much better understanding of what it is. I am on my second day of steroids and carry my injection pack every where with me hoping that if i do i suffer another attack that the injection will help some or all of the pain. My doctor is also trying to bring my appointment with the Nero forward from August. Thanks to all those who replied and made me welcome. Slainte Liam |
