Thank you for that Helen. Im so very greatful. In my specific case the company who i work for are well known for their 'bully boy' tactics. I had been of work about 4 or 5 times last year with CH, as i worked the strangest shift patterns in the world lol there were only a few days on these occassions that i was off, i did also have the cluster on my days off, luckly and thankfully my injections kicked in. then in January 07 i got assaulted, ended up with broken ribs etc and was of work for a further 6 weeks. Due to this there was an investigation into my attendance. It concluded with me getting a written warning. When i asked about CH being covered the HR department stated that the company legal team have told them its not covered by the DDA. I have been in contact with my union and have an appoitment on the 3rd April @ 15:00. Is there any cases that you know of where it has been totally proven against whatever company, CH are covered?
