My name is charlie im 32 years old livin in minnesota. Iv had ch's for 8 years now. I have cycles that last around 3 months and im lucky if i get a month without restarting. doctors have thrown every kind of meds on me that they can think of and told me it was somthing different that was wrong with me every time i would go back in.
no meds i have tried have really worked besides imitrex some have actually brought on the beast more. I run 4 the large bathroom in my house (no where elese 2 hide where my 2 young kids wont see me trying 2 beat the crap out of myself) iv tried 2 explain 2 my wife what im goin threw 4 years she neaver understood why i was runnin 2 hide screeming, crying, goin out of my mind untill she found this site and read some of what u (or we ) are all going threw it really made her understand more about this and 4 me it has changed my whole way of dealing with this. Its dealt with ALOT of the depression iv been haveing I had no idea what just noing im not alone in this could do 4 me I read some of other peoples stories and i think I can do this I can go on fighting the beast. and the other self help tips I can't say enough 4 them some r working out great ( WATER IS YOUR FRIEND) I pound alot of water during cycles and i get a day or 2 between attacks and what a good night sleep can do 4 u. Iv neaver thought of trying the o2 but when i did it really made a difference. it will actually kill some attacks b4 they get goin. the imitrix tip is cool 2 its costs me 30 bucks 4 2 doses and its hard 2 even talk them into giveing them 2 me so being able 2 spread that out and have it still work ;;D!!!!
I just wanted 2 send out a BiG THANK YOU 2 all of u. U have don more 4 me than any1 else ever has u saved this mans life
