i posted on this site last saturday night/sunday morning after becoming really depressed coming into my 6th week of attacks enduring them every 2 hours without let up, i was using sumatriptan injections for almost every one-naughty i know but when you can get that relief you are gonna use them, i also use O2 but these attacks seemed to ignore it completely. anyway, i have been overwhelmed with the response i have had from everyone and especially helen who has been a god send, and through helens advice and a dominant 'i know what im talking about mate' attitude to my doctor i am down to 2or 3 attacks a day, which is quite simply a 'piece of piss' to handle after 12 proper monsters a day,
so a massive thank you to everyone who took the time to give advice and encouragement to a total stranger, im off to take the kids swimming-the first time in 6 weeks, and if anyones at my local pool in lincoln ill be the one grinning like a cheshire cat!!!!

lelimey (helen) is a star int she ;;D

she welcomed me in and is a rock for many on here
it helps when your going through the bad times doesnt it !!

yeah helen as been great.
im in lincoln about 40 minutes from grantham.
ill be sticking around now, im really looking forward to getting to a meet somewhere, i work in london so i dont mind where the next one is, itll be nice to meet people with the same condition,
