Hi Simon & Welcome

As long as you don’t smoke while using the o2 you won’t have a problem.

When you have finished using the o2 it’s a good idea to go outside & air your clothes out to get rid of any residual o2 before lighting up.

Here’s a link with some info you can take to your Doc.

Kind regards

Hi barry,

Many thanks for responding,I thought it might has something to do with the way oxygen saturates clothing etc,but to be on the safe side im going to tell the doc ive quit.

Thanks again.

Simon.

Simon,  If you get the o2 be very careful with it if you smoke, I have seen the mess it make of a smoker who is careless not pretty.                                Cheer Roy :-[

Or, you could just go ahead and quit..... then you can lower the risk that smoking will kill you on top of the risk that you will burn the house down with O2 and a lit cig.

just a thought.

Or you could just bare in mind that i am not a fool and that i am well aware of the flammable properties of pure O2 and the way it can saturate clothing etc.Im sure with a few safety precautions i wont "burn the house down"!

ive got enought on my plate at the moment dealing with the C.H without giving myself nicotine withdrawl symptoms as well.

If i wanted preaching to scott i wouldve asked my mum!
