Aaaa. Don't worry about it. You're here now. I did the same thing here for six years--lurked when I was in cycle, stayed away when I was out. Most episodics seem to do that. I decided to stick around this time after my cycle cleared up to see if I could be of some help. I'm not a doctor, and I'm certainly not an expert in CH, but I've gotten them for a long time. Maybe experience is worth something. Sounds like you're not a newbie to the beast either. 3rd week? How long do they typically last? Do you medicate or not? Either way, we'll support you through it. Best wishes, George Vent all you want. |

Title: Re: woodwrkr from Michigan Post by Guiseppi on Aug 8th, 2006, 10:12am I used to be a lurker too, I'm episodic and was superstitious when off cycle. I was always afraid just thinking about CH, much less visiting the site might bring on an attack! Linda Howell convinced me there is no scientific evidence to support my theory that hiding from the board prevents headaches so here I stay! Welcome back, wishes for a short cycle and a long remission! Guiseppi |
