:D I am a new member, just signed up about 5-6 weeks ago. I was so happy to see all of the information that is provided and all of the support all of you offer.

You probably had no idea you were so theraputic (i hope again), but last night marked 3 straight weeks without a visit from you know who.

If it is truly done, my episode lasted just over 3 months with a 7 week period with at least 1 CH each day and or night.

I sure hope this is it. For the rest of you episodic sufferers, hang in there, your day is coming too.

I hope your cycle is coming to a end, I'll keep my fingers crossed for you. There's nothing like seeing someone else go pain free so thanks for telling us!

'Morning, and welcome. Sorry you have to be here, but glad to make your acquaintance.

I'm episodic too--currently in remission--and have had cycles for a very long time.

There's lots of great information here. Sounds like some of it was useful to you. If so, you've made everyone's day.

Three weeks out sounds pretty solid. Sounds like you're out of the woods. Let us know how you're doing, okay?

Welcome, bro! I'm relatively new 'round these parts too. Everyone here has been great! The support and caring couldn't be better. I, too, am sorry that you have to be here, but honestly there's no better place to be since you suffer these damn things too.

Congrats on the ending of your cycle. I'm truly happy for you. Every time we hear that someone's elses cycle has ended it gices the rest of us hope.
