HEY, FRANK FROM PHILLY ::) NEW TO SITE, CH SUFFERER FOR OVER 20YRS. HEASACHES STARTED IN LATE TEENS, DR THOUGHT IT WAS JUST SINUS PRESSURE. TOLD ME TO TAKE ADVIL COLD & SINUS. Yeah most people are at the convention, just losers like me who couldn't pull off the time are still at home on the boards! Welcome to the board.

Is Migranol spray your only weapon? Are you chronic or episodic? (do you get a couple of on cycles a year then they disappear for months or it is non stop for you?)

I'm episodic so I get a couple months of break in between attacks. I use lithium as a preventative while on cycle, then use oxygen and cafergot for the break through headaches, imitrex when everything else fails.

Lots of reading to do on this board, a wealth of info, hope you find something that helps, wishing you peace and some pain free days!
