Title: Bears & Packers Post by MR_FLOOR on Dec 23rd, 2007, 3:30pm So far from watching this game I'm not sure what team is 12 and 2. Talk about getting your ass handed to you. Go Bears Get the brooms out. Season series sweep. Dave |

Whatever floats your boat, my friend. I'd rather be going to the playoffs than having beaten the Bears twice. ;;D And perhaps nobody will get by New England, but there's always a chance. That's why they actually play the game. ;) |

This Boston crap is getting a bit old. Red Sox, Pats, Celtics, Bruins......why the hell don't you hold a referendum to bring back the freakin Braves and put an end to all our misery? I swear the way Boston does it is by inviting in all the best players for a visit, and then laughing all the way to the trophy case while they all "try" to find their way out of that god-forbidden city. I'll lay odds that there are 3 free agents trying to find the airport as I type this. [good luck with that, I hope you packed a lunch in your rental car :( ] This bear fan will be rooting to see Farve or Romo kick some Patriot ass. Bobw |

Title: Re: Bears & Packers Post by zwibbs/Scott on Dec 24th, 2007, 6:53am The Giants finally clinched a playoff spot yesterday. The last game of the season is us vs. the Pats. I think it will be safe to say the Patriots will be 16 - 0 because all the Giant starters will be rested. I think the only team that can beat the Patriots is the Colts, and during the season they actually had the Patriots beaten except that the Colts thought the game ended with 6 minutes still left to play. I just think that the Patriots are on a different level than the rest of the teams. |
