Title: True Story
Post by zwibbs/Scott on Dec 23rd, 2007, 9:58am
A man rented a house in Aspen, Colorado for 2 years. He never was late with his rental check , never complained to the landlord, quite simply was the perfect person to have renting your house. When he left in October---the house he rented looked like this...http://i53.photobucket.com/albums/g50/zwibbs11/image004.jpg

Mine was a Dave. Or, known in our crowd as Buzz, which was short for: Anything for a Buzz Dave.

Lovely man. Kept a empty beer can collection in the bedroom. Not as art, but as "too lazy to take the trash out".

"A rented house in Ogden, UT was discovered to have accumulated some 70,000 empty Coors Light cans in eight years of tenancy -- the cans covered the furniture and blocked the entrance. The garbage house tenant consumed 24 cans of Coors Light per day for eight years."

Can't wait to see it on "How Clean Is Your House?"

Lotsa ballast there. Now you could keep some kid pretty occupied at the market running all those through the recycler.  :o

Hard to believe.
