I guess the "inflation rate" is supposed to be around 3 percent. Maybe if you're talking about BMW's and diamond tiaras.... I don't know about you, but the stuff I actually spend money on--gasoline, food, health insurance, and so forth--has gone up one hell of a lot more than 3 percent in the past year. I think the "inflation rate" is a bogus, "feel good" number that the plutocrats throw out there to keep the yokels fat, dumb, and happy. Sorry for the hijack. :-X Best, George |
