Title: Santa is a Felon................. Post by chewy on Dec 16th, 2007, 2:16pm I arranged for Santa to be delivered to a kids Xmass party yesterday. 147 kids greeting Santa on Main Street, lights flashing, siren blaring, air horn air hornin. It was pissa! Got phone call from a buddy of mine at City Hall. City might serve me a viloation for utilizing city services without a permit. So I called another buddy of mine. The fire fighters union rep. He would be happy to be present when the violation is served. And he will bring some holiday cheer. Another fire truck, the entire local ladder company, every press rep he can gather up, and enough cookies and eggnog for everyone! It will be a ver5y special and festive serving of the violation! Ho Ho Ho Mayor Menino! |

The Mayor dont need any bad publicity and the union rep is ready and willing to hand some out. (With eggnog and cookies) Guaranteed the whole thing is squashed as soon as the panic hits the eyes of the liason to the mayor. |

The most interesting community service project the kids and I did was when I took the Camp Fire group to sing at the nursing home. I happened to be in the elf suit from the City Santa Breakfast that my Dad and I did every year; him being Santa and me his elf. The laundry room at the nursing faucility caught fire. I was helping evacuate the seniors in afore mentioned tights and the kids were singing to and comforting those who had been evacuated. Quite the sight. LOL |
