ok guys..........WTF is wrong with y'all??????

Scenario:  woman wears jeans and a nice shirt nearly every day at work  and is the day is normal and work is done.

Same woman wears a conservative skirt suit and men start acting *different* toward said woman. And the silly grins start and the day is normal and work is done.

Take the very same conservative skirt suit and put on a pair of fishnet stockings (very stylish!) instead of standard hose  and y'all start actin' like damn fools! Its the SAME WOMAN, SAME SUIT, SAME SHOES, SAME JEWELRY just a different pair of hose!

What is wrong with you?!  LOL

they're not the big gaudy wh-rish nets Jonny, its small, and look more textured than anything else, and brown to match the shoes and suit.  The outfit looks anything BUT wh-rish!

Sorry, but that has been my experience in any professional work place. I have never worked daily in a professional work place, but my crap jobs always had me fixing things in those places. Its just that I have never seen a chick wearing them.

Could be that I never noticed because they were like you described and not like the ones on the hookers I have banged.....LOL ;;D

I dont think it has anything to do with the suits or the fishnets. I believe its all about how the woman feels and carries herself when she wears them.

Its a known fact, dress a woman up in a ladys outfit and she will start acting like one.

As a woman, its easy to relax and slump about in comfy jeans and sweatshirts. Put the same woman into a stylish suit and she cant help but walk with a straighter back, squared up shoulders and a wider swing of the hips. This will make her look and act more confident and sensual which many men find attractive.

Now add a pair of high heel shoes and some ( stylish ) fishnets and she will feel subtly sexy as well as confident. The high heel shoes will accentuate the calves and make her hips rotate just that bit more.

Just look at her now sashaying down the hallway, feeling confident and attractive, her eyes will speak differently, her body language will change ....

I often wonder what drives the force behind developing any cultural aesthetic. I may be wrong but I think the underlying culprit maybe be hormonal. The human race seems to have this incessant need to go forth and multiply.

Men are terrified by a womens wardrobe choice ... and when confronted with the correct combinations of fabric they become fraught with anxiety.... (which coincidently can cause arousal)

When arousal takes place the primary brain is disengaged and the secondary brain kicks in (brain sizes vary)

The smaller of the two brains that men are  given have never been noted for acts of genius nor would it fare well on an IQ test.

The small brain, void of logic is at times the principle commander in chief and controller of the larger brain... and all of this is influenced merely by a womans wardrobe.

So... I don't really see why it's a problem at all... sheesh all of that control by a simple wardrobe change.

My suggestion to you would be to shop more often and hire a team of professional dressers... before you know it you could be running for president. ;;D

For me it would be the legs! I am familiar with the hose you mentioned.  Very stylish and appropriate.

I work on a campus with 14K people and very seldom to you ever see a woman wearing a skirt or dress.  Pants suits are nice, but seeing 8K women in a blue, brown or black slacks or power suit is boring.  Trust me, when I do see a set of legs I do not become an idiotic HR moment. A quick scan and look at her eyes, smile and say hello.  And  I sure as hell do not turn around to view the back side as she walks by.

My wife has a set of legs to die for.  She used to always wear skirts or dress and pumps.  I don't think I've seen her in a dress for 4 years. (boring!)  I'd mention it to her but my testicles are in her purse.

I had no idea pantyhose would open this whole can of worms or that it would take so many turns LOL    I love this family!

The whole point was that all of the guys I work with are wonderful and ALWAYS very respectful and I respect them equally. It just got me laughin cuz not one time have they EVER looked at me (not that I ever wanted them to either!) in any way other than respectfully. But it was funny as hell and very odd to see them and even another guy in the grocery store do a double take and try to be oh-so-discreet.  

Brew, I meant absolutely no disrespect to you (or any of y'all) by saying that men are retarded. It was a generalized statement to what I thought was a funny situation :)

Oh there was one roofer this summer on the building across the parking alley.....can we say H>A>W>T.  Far too young for me (as always) but I found myself taking extra smoke breaks and walking across to the parking lot where I could get a real clear view of that azz in tight jeans and tanned....I mean supervised from the ground the progress of the project.... ;;D

Reminds me of being in the dorms at college. Everyone was used to seeing me in jeans, birks and t-shirts.  We decide to go out clubbing abd I put on a skirt and heels.  One of the guys form the floor knocks on my door and when I answer says, "Your a girl?"  No shit, Sherlock.  Sometimes the blood stops at the lower brain and never gets any higher then the waist.   ;)
