Title: For Pat and Linda *Should work this time.
Post by Jimi on Dec 11th, 2007, 5:01pm
Our house is on this local Christmas Tour and I promised Pat and Linda that I would take pics after we got it decorated so here they are. There are 25 albums on there, but this album is titled Christmas 2007.

Just hit slideshow and they will become screensize.

That's because your computer has your user ID and password stored in a cookie. We don't have that.

The house looks AWESOME!!  I can see why it takes you forever to decorate.  But if I may say . . . it's all wrong without snow!!

Oh My!

It must take you forever to get it all set up, but it's so beautiful that I'm sure it must be worth it.

Ruthie - I love the glamour shot - Wow!!!!

Thanks for sharing.

Hugs
Carol

Mr Hendrix, you sir are a lucky man, and I know you have worked for every inch of it!

Tell Ruthie I fixed the front shot for you . . . .

I had a LOT of experience with snow today.  Six inches of fresh powder here today gives us 14" total on the ground.

Now thats more like it. The snow makes the pic. It really didn't take that long. 2 days. I worked on the outside and Ruth worked on the inside. Then next day we both worked on the inside.  We can take it down in a day.  We do it for the grandkids.  ;)

Oh Jimi, I've got tears in my eyes.  Thank you for this.

  I have 2 questions:

Who is in that black and white photo.  The one in uniform shaking hands with someone?

How many storage sheds do you rent to keep this stuff in the rest of the year?

Jimi, My mom has those same Santa mugs that are on your kitchen counter. That is way to funny.

Very pretty though. No outside decorations for us. We are in an apartment this year.  It is hard to get into the mood to even put the tree up But I have to do something.

Jimi and Ruthie I LOVE the house.  Your grandkids are lucky duckies to have grandparents like you!

I was wondering though....is this what I see when i look behind the wreath in the front window??

Thanks everyone. We have a fun time doing it.

Linda....the b&w picture is my Captain and the tall guy is me. It is just blurred. I was getting one of those atta boy awards.

Donna....I HAVE that lamp. A smaller version anyway. If you look at the picture of the computer room, you can see it on the left of the pic. Just left of the TV.

Anyway, thanks for the good compliments and know that our house is always open to clusterheads.

Merry Christmas all,
Jim and Ruth

Both Linda Howell and I can attest to the Southern Hospitality offered to clusterheads and families by Jimi and Ruthie.

While looking at his Christmas photos I felt like I had come home - that's how wonderful our visit was in October.  You'll never find two more gracious, giving people.
