I've owned a couple, different names, they've been around for over 30 years. It's a gyro you spin and then fight against. A suprisingly good fore arm workout.

Being the gentleman that I am, ::) I won't go in the obvious direction........ ;;D.............but it does build a nice fore arm!!! [smiley=laugh.gif]
