Title: Friggin workers
Post by JeffB on Nov 23rd, 2007, 1:14pm
Thanks to the spill in San Francisco I had 20-30 people washing rocks and sand making great money just in time for the holidays. All they had to do was show up on time, put on their Tyveks and get busy. Could they do that for more than 2 weeks.......???Nooooooo!!!!!

They show up late, bull sh_t around, spray each other with power washers, not sign out and pretty much just not give a shit about anything. Well, we were  kicked off the job today and asked not to return.

What is it with work ethics these days??? Do they still exist? But gaurantee these are the same asswipes that will call Monday morning begging for work!
AAAARRRRRRGGGGGHHHHH.

Jeff, that just sucks!  Sorry they weren't worth their salt.  I personally would have felt very committed...of course, I'm a huge wildlife lover and would never do such things.

Q: What is it with work ethics these days???

A: ??? - You answered your own question.

Q: Do they still exist?

A: Yes, but in a smaller and smaller number of souls. That's why the job of guys like you gets harder and harder.
