Title: Ellen's 17 today... Post by George_J on Nov 16th, 2007, 9:00am My daughter, Ellen, is 17 today. She's an occasional poster here. Can't believe how quickly the time has passed--seems as if she's gone from being a shrimplet to knocking at the door of adulthood in no time at all. :-/ Tonight we're taking her to dinner, and then we'll go see a local little theater production that her friend, Sasha, is in. Lots of fun, and Sasha played her role with unrestrained gusto. ;) After the play, Sasha brought a few of the other cast members out to the audience where they sang "Happy Birthday" to Ellen--very loudly. She was quite embarrassed. ;;D Ellen isn't a "theater person" , but like Liz and me, she loves them, and loves to be around them.
