ok to top off the fact that i was having trigger symptoms immediatley after a flu shot i was going to walmart today to get some supplies for my rock buggy im building and i took a shortcut through the cart storage entrance which is for pushing the carts into and storage. it is about 5 foot high and i ducked in then stood up hitting the top of my head so hard i couldnt see straight for nearly an hour and have a hell of a lump. well to make a long stupid story short i got hit this eve about 6pm with an 8. :( dont know if its from the flu shot/ injury or just the beggining of a new cycle.

guess ill find out tommorow.

dangit hope doing something stupid wasnt a trigger.

has injury triggered anyone else here?

Not a trigger but a cause.I always wondered,when I was about 8 years old I was pushed into a brick wall and was knocked unconscious,then some years later on the same the clusters started.Who knows.

just wondered why everythhing is always on the same damn side.

guess alot of people wonder that too.

oh well getting ready for another round i guess.
