I can't believe its not even a year yet either - Ben does realise he has to make more cheesecake on the day doesn't he?!

Do you think they'd survive in the post because of all the desserts on this earth I absolutely adore cheesecake (and I don't really have a sweet tooth at all!)

BTW, that's the yummiest cheesecake pic I've ever seen! I love making them and I have about 6 recipes in my collection (one of them includes cloudberry, Helen!) and I'd love to have that one if Ben is willing to share it. :)
