Cant say for sure what the laws are here. I'm still trying to figure those out. I know that it is legal for women to go topless here in public. Dont see it in Eughene, but was warned about going to the hot springs and such outsie of town, with the kids.

I know that when we where at my moms, there was a bike trail that ran behind her house and a couple of homelss guys and a gal where back there a lot. I called the cops when they decided to go right behind the house and take a leak, while I was out there with my kids playing. They came and there was no questions.
