I'm really sorry my friend! :'( Was hoping the beast would totally stay away for you.

check out Kudzu. It has been the only thing keeping me sane (?) the last several months. Doesn't give me the side effects Verap and Lithium did either. I stay pretty much PF as long as I keep taking it on schedule.

May this time around be brief, and your next remission even longer.

I think between spring and fall, the latter is the worst. I went from thinking I was going back out of cycle again, and then the beast turned up the voltage BIGTIME!
