Well Ike, Shedz and Dape are here along with the sensible ones, Tami, Debs and Julie respectively. We have 6 kids between us - well 7 but one doesn't have a womb with a view ;)
It sound slike about a million kids to be honest though (and thats just Shedz!

I hope that Ike doesn't have to go through airport security any time soon. Or pass any magnets.

Also I can't believe you've got that baby doing the Jonny salute. lmao...

The last of the pics are now up - everyone was here for between 10-11 hours and it flew - absolutely FLEW :'(

It didn't feel like five minutes but then, time with other clusterheads ALWAYS feels like that.

Brid commented after everyone had gone that they are really lucky kids as they have more family than anyone else and their family is worldwide. I'm really glad she realises that.

Roll on early Dec 'cos we'll be doing it all again!! Woo Hooo! ;;D

Helen was a fantastic host again,

Well apart from not being in when we arrived which she tried to blame on the children ;;D

And making me spend most of my time in the kitchen making drinks which i didn't mind as it meant i could keep an eye on just what was being added to the food ;) ;;D

Was great to meet another 4 members of my family and to chat with Tony who i hope to have the pleasure of meeting one day. Its just a shame the day had to end.

Only in Clusterville can someone twelve years younger than me be "my big brother" eh Dape?!

My kids just adopt everyone who walks through the door and yesterday was no exception, we have any amount of UK clusterheads with Dape being the first one they met and Ike, Tami and Louisha and Shedz n' debbs being the latest additions.

Then they have the ch'ers they've met from further away, Carrie, Matt, Mary and Freida, Paul, Sanna and Timo (sorry Jasper - NEMO! I'm being proof read ::) )

Not to mention those they haven't met but talk of regularly, Nani, Mooshie and Jobo, Melissa, Lily and Eli, The "naughty man" himself who is Jasper's idol LOL, Carole, Jean, Donna, Steve, Jessica and Justin, Beeyul (yes that IS what they call him LOL) Patty who they don't shuddup about "Auntie Lizzie" (Sorry Lizzie but its what they call you!) and Teresa who is probably the coolest person in the world to my three kids as a racing driver!

They do talk and ask about more but these are the ones who are mentioned weekly. They're so looking forward to meeting more too. They've come to associate ch get-togethers as being the best of times which of course is EXACTLY what they are! :)

Well how did I miss that. A meet and greet less than 20 miles away and I missed it. (I think thats 2 now)

I've just gone through a change of job and things have been a bit hectic over the last few months, so I've not been on this site much just lately.

Will be more vigilant from now on.

Right - there isn't an exact date set yet but there WILL be a meet and greet at my house again between the 8th and 16th Dec - probably either the 14th or 15th so write it down NOW so you remember to check!

Yes you are definitely right. We DO need to do it more often, how about the nearest Sat/Sun to Thanksgiving in Nov and I'll do a proper roast dinner for us all?

I think maybe we missed it (the Canadian one anyway). However, I have just taken my first pumpkin pie out of the oven (great recipe Helen) and am feeling in the thanksgiving spirit.

The pics are great and I was gutted I couldn't come along. I'll be doing my darndest to come along to the next one though. 14/15 Dec? I'll pencil them both out now to be on the safe side! I'm not missing out on a free meal - it looked delicious!
