Title: Sheriff Joe at it again
Post by alchemy on Oct 24th, 2007, 10:47am
Here in Phoenix we have a rag called new times kind of an on the fringe news rag. They wrote some articles about sheriff Joe telling how in his bids for reellection he used a law that allows law enforcement to hide they're home address from being public info. Joe didn't hide his home address he instead hid the info to his commercial investments of which he has over a million invested. Now Joe is so upset that he suppennaed the paper for the names of everyone who has gone on their website in the last two years, they're ip address, the time they went on and the list goes on. The constitution means nothing to Joe. Does this not sound crazy? I hope he does not come to this site or I may end up in tent city.

Jim, in tent city you would get to wear pink underwear and eat balogni sandwiches. ;)

If someone rings his doorbell on Devil's night he'll have four million suspects in the case.

it's sad he probably will, even though the money he's saving on tent city and green balogne doesn't cover the 40 million already paid out in wrongful death law suits and more are still pending.

He does have a right to privacy in his personal investments as it relates to just anyone in the public ascertaining this information.

He can ask for peoples I.P's all he wants. That does not mean he will be able to get them.

I am not sure why he is asking for them tho. Were his personal investments somehow printed publicly?

I dunno.

I say we all go visit the website, and have 4 million of our friends visit it too.

That oughta keep him busy for a while.

Best,

George
