Whats with all the fuss,it's a damn Halloween costume,I think it looks pretty cool,after all he's not wearing a dress and a wig with high heels. If you think about it,it shows strong personality quality's, you have to be convicted in your masculinity to even pull off wearing a kilt. Knock em dead at that party Roy.

Brew-  Unfortunately, the costume does not do the real deal justice.  It's an awesome heritage though and I am glad to see he takes pride in it, he should.

The party was great. It wasn't even wild, we mostly sat around and talked, played basketball, and ate. However, we did go on a paper towel run to Wally World, and I can say, without any fear of lying to any of you, I have never gotten so many stares. It went so far as a little kid came up and asked me why I was wearing a skirt. I alerted him to my heritage through a not-quite-up-to-muster Scottish accent. It was apparently hilarious to my friends...I really don't know...

Roy, I am curious to know how everyone else was dressed on that trip to Wally-world.  You weren't the only in costume, were you?  

Is a "paper towel" run something else, besides the obvious need to wipe up spills?

Well, my girlfriend was an anarchist schoolgirl, the host of the party was wearing one of those all-white, expressionless Kabuki masks, with his glasses over it, his friend was in a clown suit, and my best friend, being a rebellious type in real life, (i.e. he's a staunch pagan and Libertarian, and also dresses in dark clothing, that kinda thing.) was dressed up like a surfer...blonde wig and all. And, no, a paper towel run is just how it sounds. We got paper plates too.
