We need that twerp to actually show up at an OUCH event the way he keeps saying this is an OUCH board.

Better yet, at Davenport, then he can't touch OUCH or DJ, it's just a friendly get together.........................................

Had he done ANY homework he'd know that DJ leaves this board unmoderated because he believes so strongly in freedom of speech that comes from the constitution of the United States of America that he has sworn to uphold and defend.  Which says far more about his character and honor than Vanster.  DJ has honor - the kind of honor that is signed in blood - the kind that offers his very life to defend the very thing that allows this board the freedoms it has.  DJ has more honor in an eyelash than whatshisface has in his entire lifetime.

I'd like to meet this particular person...........

Cat

Legal fund, lol.

I think the only thing the 'Vanster' can do at this point is tell his mommy.

If you folks are on DJ's side, and on your own side, it mght be best to refrain from threatening this fool VanKlusterKopf or whatever his name is. Making threats of violence is one of the easiest ways to get in legal trouble on the Internet. In my state, it is called "harassment by communication," and it's a citation-type minor crime - max $300 fine (figure $500 with costs, thousands if you want to defend),  and it's a hassle.  Threats of death, if there is a reasonable possibility they can be carried out, can be a more serious crime, with stiif penalties and even jail time. Please be careful when dealing with wackos.

Then I break wind in his general direction--unless that could be interpreted as a chemical weapon?
