I had an electric distribution system inspection today. Jeans, and not the good ones, are the best choice for this. Unfortunately, mine are about 2 sizes too big.

The grass was wet and half-way to my knees. I made it around, and through, some pretty prickly closely-spaced bushes with no ill effects. On my way back to the street, my right foot found a hidden hole. Down I went!

Sliding down the slope, prone, on my backside - right in front of the client. Bad bad day to wear too-big jeans! The jeans slid down my butt. So there I am, half on my back, red lace panty-covered butt facing the pretty good looking (male) client and what comes out of my mouth? I went down...

hmmmm.... just realized - he spent the rest of the tour talking mostly to me......

Lizzie, it is good to know that I am not the only one that does shit like that. And to top it off I usually scream (shit or fuck) as I do it, just in case there was someone who did not realize that I was doing it. And then cant get up cause I'm laughing my ass off at myself. [smiley=looser.gif]

I am glad that you are ok. Atleast they where pretty. And he was not put off by them. ;)

Funny what you do and don't remember.

Colleague didn't see it (thank gawd! how do you show your face at work again after that?!) - but he remembers the clients yelling 'are you okay?'

All I remember is a slo-mo fall, and a slide down the wet grass.

btw - thanks for the grass-removal suggestions! Mel's made me laugh! The 'how about I use my teeth/tongue/finger/other anatomical part' was interesting... the first five times I heard it. The drain cleaner burned, and didn't touch the grass. Hmmm - wonder if workwoman's comp will pay for grass removal.....

Lizzie, who's gonna let workwoman's comp pay the medical bills but most definitely will not milk this!

OMG - Even funnier! The CEO sent me an email asking me to be straight with him - did it *really* happen at work, or was it one of those skateboarding accidents he hears about.... LMAO. I LOVE this company!!

Oh Miss Independent you poor thing!

I have never done anything quite that bad but.....well...

It was a bit of a Freudian slip moment I think because this client I got the impression thought I was SO very lucky to have HIS custom!

And somehow I completely forgot he was booked in - so - well - I rode the horse - and when he came to the clinic door at the side of the house I answered - fine so far. BUT there I stood hair all over the place, riding hats do that, instead of my neat starchy uniform, it was jodphurs and YES I stank of, horse, reaked in fact - well I like the smell.

He looked horrified and NO he never, ever booked in for another treatment. I was upset about it for a while but he wasn't my favourite client so...... who cares!!! ;)
