Title: October 2, 1982... Post by Brewcrew on Oct 1st, 2007, 8:41pm ...I married my best friend. While I couldn't imagine anything cooler at the time, now I can't imagine my life without her. We were 21 years old, the Brewers were headed to the World Series, and the Tylenol scare in Chicago led to safety seals on just about everything. Sweetheart, you have made me what I am. You have given me something that few men ever truly get - completion, contentment, and happiness. You make me want to be a better man. I've loved you since we were kids, and I love you more today than I did the day we said "I do." I can only hope there are twenty-five times five more years to show you how much I love and adore you. In the marriage pic, my eye tends to wander in one direction or another. While your looking sharply hansome Bill, that is some knockout bride. You look like the "getting married" part was a forgone conclusion but now a very happy official tie, very enthusiastic to hear "you may kiss the bride" and you both just have. Lotta glow and it still shows. :) |

After talking to the both of them at length they kinda both said the same thing. "We think of the other as our most important consideration. Above and beyond our own wants or needs." Roy is only a teenager....he has no idea of how much his parents are a role model for him as well as others. Hopefully one day he will. |

I had the pleasure of meeting him at Davcon last year and was totally impressed by this young man. He was kind, caring and a joy to talk with.....one heck of a good reflection on his upbringing by his parents!! (Note to Junior Brew......after all of these nice things I just said, you had better be behaving, Mister or there will be hell to pay in January!!! [smiley=laugh.gif]) |

Jimi and Ruthie took us for a lovely tour of Western Kentucky today. Our first stop was Eddyville State penitentary to drop off JrBrew, but they wouldn't take him!! http://farm2.static.flickr.com/1083/1473713763_c45e91ee8d.jpg?v=0 Then it was off to Land between the Lakes and Patti's Settlement for shopping and an incredible dinner.
