Title: So we've been sick . .(Updated) Post by Mosaicwench on Sep 30th, 2007, 10:16pm and we left this morning on vacation. Coughing and sputtering and sneezing for 11 hours of driving . . . . .sucking on cough drops and drinking coffee and generally just trying to make it to our destination. Post by Jimi on Oct 1st, 2007, 12:32am Here I was, about to mow the yard, and I hear coughing coming from 2 blocks away, I look up and see a car pulling into the driveway, snot all over the windows and it's Brew and his crew wanting to know if they can spend 3 days with us. Being from the south, thats what we do. So I have them sleeping in my bed while I sleep on the floor. It took a little getting use to for them to be comfortable in our outhouse, even though we were the first on our block to have a 2 holer. Now I gotta see if I can keep them from getting their ass kicked since they ain't from around here. |

But we got the best part in - the part where we got to spend time with Jimi and Ruthie!!! I highly recommend them as hosts!! And if you ever want a backroads tour of Kentucky, ask trooper Jimi - he's a GREAT guide. |
