she's golden retriever/australian shepherd. She has been with me thru everything, the best and the worst, and she knows me better than I do. I love my girl!

Jen,

Give Charlotte a big birthday smooch for me. What a beautiful little fur face she is!!

I hope you realize that you deserve a bit of recognition here, too. Part of the reason Charlotte has been with you for so long is because you have taken such good care of her and given her tons of love thru the years.

My last Doberman was 15 years old and my last Dachchund was 18 years old. Having our pets with us for that many years is wonderful isn't it?

You could at least offer Charlotte a romp in the park or a few Milk Bone biscuits or liver treats first or offer to share your flea powder first before cutting to straight to the chase. Sheesh... [smiley=laugh.gif]

After reading what Nani said, the milk bones and liver treats might work but I would highly suggest that you ditch the offer to share your flea powder....might give the ladies the wrong impression of you. ::)
