yes I know I need a LIFE.........

But tonight is the season premiere of Ugly Betty and my mom, sister in law and I are getting together to watch the show.

We're having pepperoni pizza (Betty's fav is pepperoni and mushroom) and for dessert, ice-cream sundaes!

We'll be wearing our dorkiest pj's, curlers, no makeup and any goofy "Betty wear" we can find- mine are dork glasses. LOL

Anyone else a Betty fan?

I got my new decoder ring in the mail today, I named it Betty.

Watching TV in your PJs? Chey, I need to try that sometime. ;;D

I think I've had my share of Bettyness... after all, I watched Pride & Prejudice (with Keira Knightley) and Friends with Money. :)

I would not mind getting a slice of good pepperoni pizza, though. Since my fave brand quit, I haven't found one I'd like, so I'm eating mozzarella or tuna these days (unless I'm making one myself).

I have seen Betty in three versions: the colombian (original), the mexican (actually very good) and now the american version and I still enjoy it ;;D. Every woman has a Betty inside ;). I will be eating pasta tonight, want some? ....

OMG, I had pasta too, Rosy! :) Had leftovers to get rid of, so I made angel hair pasta with herb sauce, pork bits, ham bits and cauliflower. It's yummy and I have about 3 portions left! [smiley=laugh.gif]

That is funny, I am making angel hair pasta with pieces of chicken and shrimp, bell peppers, onions, tomatoes and olives and lots and lots of grated mozarella cheese...yummy!!...Oh I am so hungry and it is only 6:34 here :P

Coffee mug in hand - snack type stuff ready - got my comfy pants and OUCH t-shirt on and gonna get all snuggled down in my chair - can't wait for the new season of Betty to start.

Following Betty of course, is McDreamy et al - so will stay in said chair until both shows are over.

That sounds awesome...we girls LOVE doing this kind of stuff. It's been a long time since I've done that...but miss it.

I have never seen Ugly Betty, but I'd like to. I know the premise, but never have seen it.

Rosy...that sounds so good. I love "mediterranean" style food...olives in pasta is too good...add all those other ingredients...plus mozzarella...heaven. Thanks for the idea!! It's 6am here...and Im starving for pasta!

Betty's "look" doesn't fit into the high fashion world, but she has the sweetest, positive attitude and she faces every obstacle and predicament thrown at her with her own loveable big-hearted style.

The show has a lot of twists and turns and a story line liking to a soap opera run amok. :P

For those who watched last night: WTF was up with that whole Santos thing???!! Damn, that was just so wrong! And isn't Alex in for a BIG surprise!! LOL
