My dog wont come in unless I say it just right either, "Treats"!! He comes a running every time. Or I say "Daddy's home". works like a charm. Oh I never give the dog a treat either. I tell him he should have come the first time I called to be a good dog. Only good dogs get treats. lol

Jennifer,

There's nothing wrong with Zoey and saying C O M E just right will probably never work. Border Collie and Australian Shepherds are working breeds with strong herding instincts. I've had both. They respond best to hand signals and whistles. You may as well be speaking Greek. Watch Zoey's eyes when you move your hands.
