Yeah, I did that. Had the pleasure of doing it this morning, after they removed the old furnace and before they put in the new one. There was a lot of guck. I think I sucked a whole sasquatch out of there. Best, George |

Title: Re: Nothing is so fine.... Post by Charlie on Sep 21st, 2007, 8:53pm Ah me. Good luck kids. For me, I have a 47-year old forced air that still works....don't ge me wrong, it's inefficient and I would kill to have another. Only thing we ever had to do with it was replace the bearings on the blower fan. Charlie |

Title: Re: Nothing is so fine.... Post by Linda_Howell on Sep 21st, 2007, 9:00pm Brian....that was beautiful. Me thinks though that you down under probably don't need a "Trane" (air conditioning/heating appliance Company around these parts) ;) |

Title: Re: Nothing is so fine.... Post by BMoneeTheMoneeMan on Sep 21st, 2007, 10:21pm I have a very efficient furnace. It's a 93% natural gas furnace. Dianan still needs to work in the winter-time to help pay for the heat. ;;D |

Title: Re: Nothing is so fine.... Post by sldrswyfe on Sep 21st, 2007, 11:34pm Oh crap George...at least waking up freezing. But in the end, it's a good thing. I miss "forced" air. I grew up with it...but now have electric heat and can't stand it. That really was beautiful Brian. |
