If the President of Iran is an official enemy of the USA, and has stated he wants horrific deaths of Americans by the hands of terrorists, and openly sponsors terrorists to harm American military and civilians, why can't we arrest him and take him into custody? He is supposed to be here Monday, in NYC. Why can't we take him into custody?

We have other suspected terrorists in custody, why can we not get him in custody?

PS, I know we are capable of arresting him, but I mean why has the order to arrest him not been issued from the DHS?

Although I don't really disagree with you, arresting him would amount to taking a hostage and would most likely have stiff consequences, maybe even start the (ineveitable) war early. If we did arrest him, Americans in Iran and in other places around the world would be the first to pay.

What ever happened to "not gonna ask France if we can defend ourself?"

The terrorists might get pissed, so we are not gonna capture one of the leaders. That's great. :-[

Ya just don't understand the situation -- he's got DIPLOMATIC immunity don't ya know. We can't arrest people with that! They can run all over NYC and do what they want and we can just sit back and watch 'em do it, but can't touch them cause that would be politically INCORRECT!

And we, as Americans, must above all, be politically correct. :-X

As much as I'd like to see him squashed and shot into space, the worst thing we could do is arrest him. Killing him would make more sense.

This UN crap is getting ridiculous--every year they open up New York City for 2 weeks where the terrorists and allies drop into our city---and you would not believe the shit that we have to endure driving around the city. Cause the United Nations is in New York, it's the price for having it there- any old dickhead america-hating dictator can visit and stay in New York. It's worth it though.
