Dennis, I didn't think about the glittery make up but I am going to get some at the mall, That was a great idea!! Aubmari, Yes she took the costume off [smiley=laugh.gif] she does not want to mess it up for the festival and halloween, She has another one less fancy to play around the house ;;D Sanna, here is the link for the festival if you want to check it out... http://www.texrenfest.com/ George, yeah you are right, I had to do some stiching in there...I put the flowers on the dress and I made the crown myself :)..but It is worth it, just to see her face glowing!!!! ;;D Thanks again all of you and when we go to the Festival I will post pics for sure! We got her a Fairy book where Her name is included as part of the story. She loves everything Fairy and she has some fairy books too, so we figure this would be a great gift for her. Hubby also found a small Golden Cup and He is going to have her name engraved on it ;;D. what we wouldn't do to make our children happy... someone told me that "your children only have one childhood, make it memorable" and that is exactly what I want to do for my daughter :D. What ever the outcome is, it sounds like it's going to be a very special day in your daughter's life. Lisa loved looking at the pictures. It did bring back memories for both of us. I dressed my brownie troop up and took them to the renaissance festival near us when they were 8 yrs old. They had a ball!! Little girls love dressing up! Enjoy your little princess!! Charlotte |
