Damn. We just got the dude. They just friggin started practice, never even played in a game, and Greg Oden is out for 6 to 12 months following knee surgery today.

I stopped watching NBA back in like 1998 when they went on strike, but damn! This sucks for Portland.

I just heard this. It really seems weird because it sounds like it has been a problem for him for awhile now. Didn't they give this dude a physical ?

Good thing for him he came out of college early and got paid before getting hurt.

The Knicks SUCK!!! I am from NYC, and used to watch the NBA a LOT back when the Knicks played against the Rockets for the championship. Those were the days.

I'm a celtics fan. A few weeks ago I was feeling really bad about missing out on this kid. Now he's not gonna play for the year and we have Kevin Garnet. Looks like we are the ones who won the draft lottery this year.
