I am applying today for a new job. AHHHHHHH! I am definately not a huge fan of change. This particular job would be about $5 more an hour than I make now and would put my head visably above water. My life as a single parent of a 4 year old would definately improve some.

Any way if ya got any vibes floatn' around I sure could use some. :-* I am beyond nervous.

Thanks Jimmers!!! I know it sounds crazy but in a way it would almost feel like winning the lotto. ::)

So I went in at lunch and gave them all of my paper work and talked a little and they just called me back and want me to come in on friday again. ;;D

Crossing my fingers!! They haven't advertised in the paper yet so I think I am getting first crack at it.

I actually wasn't even looking for a job b/c, believe it or not, I am actually happy were I am at. I woman I worked with like 4 years ago tracked me down and said she thought It would be a good job for me. My angel!!

It just would be great for us!!

Sounds like you don't need too much luck. When they come to you, (unless of course they offer you far less than what you are worth, or it's a huge step backwards in your career,) It's pretty much "in the bag" as they say.
