Title: Feeling Like A Kid Again Until.....
Post by clusterwife on Sep 12th, 2007, 12:39pm
The rope broke on the tire swing.  The ground came quick!  Thinking the tire would break my fall. nope. Ouch!  Now, I'm feeling like an old broken-down chair.  Why can't we act and feel like kids, when the kids don't act like kids?  Cause, we are old, atleast that is what my daughter says.  Hmmmm...

Sorry Leah!! you can always act like a kid, I love to buy toys, in fact I collect the littlest pet shop animals  ;;D, I am not embarrased to say it, I even let my daughter to play with them  [smiley=laugh.gif]...
I also have to go down the slide with her (sometimes my hips won't fit but she does not notice it  ;) ) and make sand castles in the beach...
Always keep the child in you, getting old is not bad as long as you can still laugh when you fall (just like you did) the image that comes to mind are hilarious!!  [smiley=crackup.gif]

Tell your daughter to kiss your "booboo" and move on...  8)

                                Hugs

                                                Rosy.

Yea, Kevin has a go-cart, and a garage specifically built for it.  We are all kids, acting out in our own ways.  If not for us oldies, life would be boring.  I hope my neighbors didn't see.  I was pretty high off the ground, and let out a skreech when I landed.  Oh Lord, help me!
