Title: It must be Fall already Post by kayarr on Sep 5th, 2007, 1:14pm ...judging by the use of 14 E tanks in just 8 days. Let's hope this one evens off soon. My honey's face is so swollen that gravity is now his friend. (he laughed at that one;) How are you guys doing? Is it a universal BAD Fall? Kimberly |

Title: Re: It must be Fall already Post by kayarr on Sep 5th, 2007, 1:33pm Rosy, I understand that dislike for spring too. Jeff seems to get hit the worst those times of the year. He didn't have a typical summer though because he has even had a couple weeks pain free in summers past. Not this year, dangit! Glad your fall is good:) PFDAN |

Title: Re: It must be Fall already Post by Rosybabe on Sep 5th, 2007, 1:37pm It is not just for the clusters free time it is that the weather here gets nicer and you can actually go outside and enjoy (mosquitoes permit of course) and have fun outdoors. It is freaking hot in the summer all you do is lock yourself at home running away from 100 F plus heat but with a vivacious and bored 5 year old it gets crazy! :o Hope you guys get to enjoy the rest of the fall and the wonderful coming winter. I love winter ;;D. It is Birthday time!! ;;D |

Title: Re: It must be Fall already Post by kayarr on Sep 5th, 2007, 1:47pm Rosy, I love you! You are right. The things I like about fall are the cool nights, the way the light is a little golden on the landscape, fresh fruit and vegetables, making bean soup, a good warm, fuzzy sweatshirt ......Wow, what a list. It's easy to get all wrapped up in a cycle and forget to look around and be grateful for the little things around me. That is also the attitude that I need to continue to bring my guy. Thanks for the reminder and bless you! Kimberly |

Title: Re: It must be Fall already Post by George_J on Sep 5th, 2007, 1:50pm So far, so good. I've always been reliably seasonal. Back when I was cycling twice a year, the fall thing didn't usually get me until Halloween or thereabouts. If I get to the first of December or so, I'll have missed another of my old cycle intervals. Late October to the first of December, and then late May until the first of July--I still cringe a little when I see those time periods come around, and breathe a little easier when they've gone by. Last three cycles have been in the Spring, though--haven't seen a Fall one for about ten years. With luck, I ought to have another year and a half before the dung hits the fan again. But whatever happens, I'll be armed and ready. Sorry your guy is getting beat up so bad. Best wishes, George |

Title: Re: It must be Fall already Post by Redd on Sep 5th, 2007, 2:07pm Spring and fall were the "high" cycle preiods for me up until this year. March 8 or 9 and September 17 or 18. This year I held off the start of of the spring cycle by pre-empting with a larger dose of alternatives. I plan to do the same again for this fall. This weekend in fact. I'm antisipating a cycle free fall. ;;D |

Title: Re: It must be Fall already Post by sandie99 on Sep 6th, 2007, 9:33am Kimberly, so sorry that the beast is arriving with the fall in your house. I hope it will be a short cycle indeed! During my chronic days my worst hits arrived in November/October, but now, as an episodic my cycles begin in April. But as this devil changes itself all the time, I'm in cycle and I'm curious to see for how long. What comes to fall, I love its colors! The leaves turn lovely red and I love those windy days when you can see the leaves dance in the streets. :) PF days, Sanna |

14 E tanks in 8 days? Just wondering, but does your "honey" have a Clustermasx?? I know that before I had one myself, I burned up M60's pretty quick but then after the mask, my tanks lasted a lot longer... Sorry about the pain! hugs, mel |

Title: Re: It must be Fall already Post by DennisM1045 on Sep 6th, 2007, 9:25pm My summer was relatively PF with just a few breakthroughs. My last major hit was Memorial Day. The hits have been building in intensity and frequency with very persistence shadows for the last 2+ weeks. I've had nothing over Kip 7 but I've gone through 1/2 an M tank and a ten cans of Rock Star in that time. I had to resort to Imitrex for the first time last Sunday when I got caught away from my tools. The only good news is that I haven't had a night hit yet so the Melatonin is working. At least I'm sleeping ;;D You two aren't alone. Tell him to hang in there. -Dennis- |

No he does not. I think it is a choice. He uses the hose so He can use O2 while driving without drawing more attention to himself. I am sorry about all of you guys pain too. |

Glad melatonin works for you. I hope to have him try that again. He said it made him groggy in the am. The jury is still out about the night time relief. Isn't it nice to be able to say something like "14 E tanks in 8 days" and know there are people who not only understand but don't think you are a driveling whiner. Thanks to you all we are not alone. I am eternally grateful for all of you. Kimberly and Jeff (or "Honey") |

Title: Re: It must be Fall already Post by kimmiedawn81 on Sep 7th, 2007, 7:06am Yeah, my cycle just started a few weeks ago, it sucks! But it's definitely not fall around here unless you call 90 degree weather fall. I love fall though! It's my favorite season! I hope your "honey" has a fast cycle! Take care! -Kim |
