Matt is back in Texas and will be for a while (until he gets Pop out to CA anyhow). He's taking a leave of absence from work to tend to Pop).

He was out here today to get some paperwork done. Pop is doing better and looking forward to the move but has to get his strength back. Matt, on the other hand, looks like he's been rode hard and put up wet. The boy needs some rest, but.....

I told him to get in here on my computer and tell ya'll he was alive, but he asked to me to do it for him and tell ya'll he loves everyone and he'll be out here off and on and will try to post if I bug him enough. I will!

Just keep him and Pop in your prayers right now. Pop is gaining some weight and getting some strength back slowly, but he was awfully weak before they got the feeding tube in him. It's just gonna take some time and he has little or NO patience. Matt said he might bring him out here and let me babysit for a while so he can go out and talk to a pine tree for a while. Sounded like a winner to me. I'll whip the old guy in shape. ;)

Anyhow that's the news from Cass County for now.

Thank you Barbara for keeping us posted. Give Matt our love and tell him to give it to Pop as well. Keeping them in thought and prayer on a daily basis. (And YOU too!)

Glad to hear Matt's Dad is feeling a little better. And thanks for getting after Matt to take care of himself, too. Sounds like he's pretty well worn down.

Heya barb,

Please tell Matt that Redd tells him breathe! I've been there and done that with Mom, and if he ever needs to talk, he can get in touch.

I can see Craig being cranky...he's a stubborn cuss, but the sweetest Cuss at that.

You Bug him Barb, now is when he needs this family the most.
