What does it mean? I have used every Latin to English site I can find, and it does not make sense to me, or can't be translated ...

It's bastard Latin Chuck. An old hackers saying. "I came to it, I saw it, I hacked it." Not particularly erudite. But it works.
You'll find it in an old directory in the CIA's early RS3000 mainframe. some guys had a chat room going there. When the powers that be got wind of it. somehow all the files in the directory got erased. And that little phrase was left behind. No one knows who the culprit(s) were that ran the chat server. Or who was there chatting away. It was all gone.

PS: The chat server program was a Unix one called Citadel. Has a lot of neat features. But it was erased, and left no trace also. I wasn't there. I didn't do it, No one saw me, I'm innocent. [smiley=curtain.gif]
