My daughter in law and son were in a wreck tonite.  Almost hit a dog, swerved and totaled their car.  Ali had to go to the hospital and they found some complications with her pregnancy...not related to the accident though.  At any rate, we sure could use some prayers for our new little one to be ......HE/SHE is about 8 weeks old so this week , my grand's little toes and fingers were being developed along with the genitals....it is a marvel to read the developments week by week....SO, if you can spare a few extra prayers this week for our little one...I would so appreciate it.  The kids are nervous wrecks , ofcourse...and I am pretty anxious myself but continue to have faith that all will be well. Thats worrying Nancy! Its always scary when it comes to unborn babies.

Sending prayers and strong vibes for the little one.

Do you know yet what complication this may be? Is it something they see on the ultrasound? Bear in mind that many of those do rectify themselves.

Take heart, be strong and please tell the expecting mother to relax and have plenty of rest.

some vaginal bleeding, cervix is slightly open and she has a cyst on her ovaries....lots could be going on ....some of it normal for someone with a cyst but then there is the other side that is not good....I am believing that all is well and everything will calm down for the little one.  Sometimes being a nurse makes complications harder for you to deal with...we know too much. One other thing the Dr. mentioned was there was fluid accumulated in the cervix.... smiles, nancyc

Oh, Nancy!

I am SO sorry to hear about this!  By the sounds of things, there are major complications, but they found them early, so maybe everything will be taken care of.  Early detection is best!

Hun, you don't need this shit on top of all the other kerap you are dealing with!

Nancy, I'm so sorry to hear this news.  I've just added my prayers to this ever growing list.  

If the complications were already present, then the accident may turn out to be a good thing.  At least now you know they are there.  I'm sure all that can be done is in process.  Please keep us posted.

I talked with my daughter in law today.  Her and my son had a wreck the day she ended up in the E.R.  The Doc says it is not from the accident but I am not too sure about that.  Anyway, she is going to her GYN tomorrow and we will know more.  The ER labeled it "threatened abortion/miscarriage.  Please keep the prayers going.  I have shared with my daughter in law that you guys are praying for her and the baby ....I pray this will be a witness to her and my son to get their lives together and settle down and get into Church again.....Again, I thank my cluster family....you guys have always been there and I  truly appreciate it.  God Bless and smiles, nancyc
