I love greek food Thomas and I can cook it pretty well ask Paul about my Stifado and Kelftiko I cooked for him!

I'll make both when you and Gena come to visit of course :)

Reminds me of Estiatorio Milos here in manhattan. Everything is scrumpt-didly-umptious!

I thought though that I would be seeing a photo of ribs, cooked the "right" way according to the book of Thomas. ;;D

I'd love a recipe for that.
